7 years ago I started my self-discovery journey of self-love and authenticity. I wanted to understand more of my own self-sabotaging behaviours and kick my insecurites and fears to the curb.
 
6 years ago, I discovered Creative Insight Journey and my life changed forever. What I loved about CIJ is that it helped me get truly clear on what I was passionate about at my core. It helped me understand my own thought patterns and become more clear on the changes I wanted to make In my life to live a life fully from my heart.
The best thing was that CIJ content was spoon fed to me piece by piece (lol. yes I needed this!) and reflected concepts I wanted to know more about.
Every week we learned a new concept and I got to practice it and incorporate it in my life.
It became easier creating new habits and making these habits a consistent practice which turned into a new lifestyle for me.
 
During the course I discovered my passion for inspiring, helping, motivating & dancing.
I also became clear that I wanted to dedicate myself to teaching this course as well as pursuing other modalities of coaching and healing.
 
Fast forward to today, and I am now a Results Trained Coach with focus on mindfulness and neuro- science. I also now work with children of Silent Victims of Crime (a non-profit focusing on children of incarcerated persons) and teach mindfulness & meditation as part of our leadership curriculum. And I am now certified in women's empowerment dance workout, VXN Workout. Woohoo!!
 
My most recent field of focus is Vippasana Meditation, Energy Healing and Dr. Joe Dispenza's Quantum Field work.
 
I truly love sharing the tools that have helped me live a life with more joy, clarity and alignment with my highest self. These tools help me manifest my dreams into reality and live like a true Creative Genius. I believe my purpose is tohelp awaken people to their inner truth so we can share our unique gifts with the world!
